The Tablet runs on Android 6. To access the android system, install a launcher like KISS with adb install. The system app com.roboteam.teamy (?) implements the UI.

You can reboot to recovery with adb. There is no known method of navigating the recovery (keyboard, mouse, touch, volume buttons tested).
